Roosevelt High School Orchestra Auction

The Holiday Online Auction is the major fundraiser for the orchestra programs at Roosevelt High School. Last year, we hosted our auction on a fabulous charity auction website to make the auction more fun and interactive.
There were bidding wars! People could donate online and enter their own donations! Sponsors could reach our attractive audience! We could send auction emails out to registered bidders!
Our next auction will be even better, with your help! We are planning to take credit cards as payment, which will make the bidding and paying much easier. We plan to have more items and more bidders.
We Need You!
We will need everyone in the orchestra program to do something to help, whether it be volunteering, donating a couple of items, procuring from the places where you already shop, bidding on items, and/or sponsoring the auction.
Have you "done" auctions before? Do you think we could have raised more money last time? Are you interested in learning more about online auction websites? We could use your help over the summer in making this one bigger and better.
Let's Get Started Over the Summer
Right now, we need to assemble a list of people interested in volunteering in some way, whether it be publicity, procurement, or just brainstorming how to make it better. Please contact us and we will be in touch about planning meetings and/or email chains.
