Roosevelt High School Orchestra Auction

Dear Roosevelt Orchestra Families & Supporters,
The Online Auction is a major fundraiser for the orchestra programs at Roosevelt High School. We hope you will enjoy bidding on the many items which have been generously donated. Please thank our donors by patronizing their businesses.
Keep in mind that we have heard about more items to be donated even after the auction opens; so, check back often and enjoy new surprises.

How the bidding will work:
Bids will be accepted beginning December 1 and ending on December 5 at midnight. Any bids emailed before then will be deleted.
Once the auction has begun, locate the items you want on the Auction 2008 page. Read any restrictions and whether there is a required or a suggested minimum. "Suggested" minimum bids are just that - suggestions; don't let them stand in your way of trying to get a bargain! Required minimum bids mean the item or services won't be won unless the bid is for the minimum amount.
Click the "Bid" button in "Current Bid" column on the right side of the table which will open your default email program. Or, just copy the address at the top of the auction page and paste it into your web-based email. Be sure to give us your full name, phone number, the item number and name, and what amount you are bidding. We'll need this for each separate item you bid on. The emails will be reviewed at least once a day. The bid column will be updated with the number of bids, and the date, time and amount of the highest bid so far. If you are going to raise a bid on an item that already has been bid on, please raise it by a decent amount so the webmaster doesn't go insane.
Bids are binding and you will be expected to pay up (cash or check) when notified by the auction committee that you are a winner. Once we receive payment, we'll arrange with you how to take possession of your auction item. If payment doesn't arrive, we'll offer the item to the next highest bidder.
Miss the Procurement Deadline?
We will still accept your donations. Please email your procurement information to Bunny Hirschmann (bhirschm@hotmail.com) and contact Pete Brulla regarding pick up of the item and/or hard copy of the procurement form. Thanks for all your hard work soliciting donations! We have an amazing assortment of goods and services.
