Welcome to the Roosevelt High School Orchestra. We are an award-winning program under the direction of Anna Edwards. We have three orchestras that include about 100 students: Concert Orchestra (strings), Symphonic Orchestra, and Chamber Orchestra.
Summer Car Wash Fundraisers
Mark your calendars and tell all your friends. The Roosevelt Orchestra will be holding two car washes this summer to raise funds for our programs. The cost will be $10 per car. More student volunteers are needed; please contact Zoe for details at bluejay_striker@msn.com. The car wash dates, location and times are:
- June 21 (Sunday) - Mountlake 76 Gas Station, aka the Hop In Market, 2625 E Montlake Pl E Seattle; from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- August 15 (Saturday) - Mountlake 76 Gas Station, aka the Hop In Market, 2625 E Montlake Pl E Seattle; from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Spring Fling and Pizza Feed
We are still glowing from our final event of the year, which was our annual pizza fundraiser and concert. The outgoing seniors play concertos accompanied by the Orchestra.
The Pizza Feed was packed with hungry music lovers and helped fill the orchestra coffers.

Solo & Ensemble Festival Recap
We want to thank all the Orchestra students and parents who volunteered their time on March 7th to make Solo & Ensemble successful. You made the guests to our school feel welcome.
